Custom built, responsive, cross-platform web app designed for individuals who take training seriously. Users can create custom workouts, add exercises (or choose from a shared library), and track progress in real time with the interactive training mode. The app supports live session tracking—including set completion, rest timers, and auto-saving workout logs. A dynamic dashboard visualizes personal performance over time, making it easy to analyze gains and adjust training strategies. Available as a PWA for full multi-device flexibility.
